Why Participate?

Run FASD is not just about fitness; it’s about community, connection, and advocacy. This event was inspired by Rebecca Tillou, a passionate advocate for FASD awareness, who believes in making this invisible disability visible. By participating, you’re joining a movement to give FASD a seat at the table in important conversations about health, education, and more.

Share Your Experience!

We want to see your journey! Whether you’re running solo, gathering a team, or participating in a local meet-up, capture those moments. Take photos of your run, your team, or even your pre-race preparations. Share your pictures on social media using the hashtag #RunFASD to inspire others and spread awareness about FASD.

How to Get Involved

  • Register: Sign up for the event starting June 1st, 2024. You can run or walk at your convenience, wherever you are.
  • Invite Friends: Encourage your friends and family to join you. The more, the merrier! Together, you can make a bigger impact.
  • Local Meet-Ups: Planning to run with others? Organize a local meet-up and let us know so we can help spread the word!

Celebrate Your Achievement

At the end of the event, celebrate your accomplishment and the awareness you’ve raised. Every step you take helps shine a light on FASD and supports those affected by it.

Join us for the Run FASD event and be part of something bigger. Together, we can promote understanding and advocacy for FASD while enjoying a fun and active experience. Don’t forget to share your photos and stories—let’s make this event unforgettable!
